But about a week or so ago I got off the bus as usual around 7:40 am and walked the 1/2 block to my building to find this:

It was a false alarm, but it was a little alarming to arrive at work and find firemen, coworkers and other building occupants hanging around outside. We did have the pleasure of hearing the fire alarm sound off a couple more times that day. It was fun greeting a client in the reception area and telling them to "ignore that alarm; it's nothing to worry about..."
*Pics are a little blury b/c I took them with my cellphone.

Yeah, that'd be unnerving! I'd say it should've ended with a "ya'll take the day off now, ya hear?" :o)
